You'll work on the aircraft from initial troubleshooting to final sign-off rather than being limited to a single repetitive task or isolated on an assembly line. You'll work directly with customers, pilots, and company leadership, where your insights and ideas will directly shape and refine our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance on jet, turboprop, and piston aircraft.
• Determine airworthiness of aircraft and components in accordance with established procedure and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Complete aircraft maintenance form entries and enter data into a Maintenance Data Systems, ensuring entries are accurate and complete.
• Service and inspect aircraft, components, and related equipment.
• Ensure consistent, accurate aircraft maintenance by properly completing turnover entries on unfinished maintenance in the turnover log.
• Follow all Maintenance Department Policies and Procedures.
• Keep a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties as needed to support aircraft operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years aircraft maintenance experience that must include, but not limited to the Cessna Citation 560 and 560XL family. 
• Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. Inspection Authorization preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities. Avionics and sheet metal experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems for digital recordkeeping, maintenance tracking, and part lookups. 
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or national of the U.S.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  As part of the Blue Airways Inc. safety sensitive position, a drug screen is required. Blue Airways Inc. must receive a negative test result before you can be put into a safety sensitive position (14CFR Part 120.107 (a) 4.). Please be advised that you will be tested in accordance with 14CFR Part 120.17(5) Sub Part E.

• Location: Red Wing Regional Airport (KRGK) in Bay City, WI
• Pay Range: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour
• Schedule: 40 per week
